On behalf of the Journal of Food Nutrition & Health, as Editor-in-Chief, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that, it’s been ten long years we have started the Journal, now we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary and we are privileged to welcome Analytical Society to our journal. As Editor-In-Chief it is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the Journal of Food Nutrition & Health.

Journal of Food Nutrition & Health is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It includes food intake, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion. The diet of an organism is what it eats, which is largely determined by the availability and palatability of foods. For humans, a healthy diet includes preparation of food and storage methods that preserve nutrients from oxidation, heat or leaching, and that reduces risk of foodborne illnesses.

Discovering the new advances on Food Nutrition & Health for the new generation which implies just not to investigate the on-going new development rather it could be extended to all conceivable ways which will be co-operative in more and more advanced research in this rising field. Food innovation can be utilized to propel such a significant number of features of the present reality. This Journal also focuses on a wide variety of current research on Food and Nutrition that have both useful and harmful effects on the safety and quality of foods, and are thus a concern of public health about on Food and Nutrition that have both valuable and unsafe impacts on the security and nature of foods and nutrition, and are thus a concern of public health.

Realizing the importance of this field, Allied acadmies has organized a prestigious conference on 3rd International Conference  HealthCare and HealthManagement slated on November 4-5, 2019 at Prague, Czech Republic under the theme ‘“A Global Review and Forecast on Healthcare Management”.

The conference includes around 120Abstracts and 100 Keynote speakers have given their valuable words. The meet has provided a great scope for interaction of professionals including in addition to clinical experts and top-level pathologists and scientists from around the globe, on a single platform.
